Refund Policy - the basics
Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency. A full refund will be issued in the event of a technical error, such as double charging. Full refunds are typically available if no significant work has commenced. Please note that refunds are not available 24 hours prior to a meeting, as planning for your service has begun. Once substantial services have been rendered or if the work has been approved, refunds will not available, whichever comes first.
What to include in the Refund Request
Generally speaking, a Refund Request often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will you receive a refund; and much, much more.
