We must recognize what people’s true motivations are, because intent matters. I am not someone who bashes others or starts conflicts without cause, but we often see a cycle where former victims become the bullies themselves. As we grow older and gain influence, an imbalance can occur; those who gain strength sometimes use it to become the very person they once despised.

I can testify to this and I understand how that person feels inside. I have been bullied myself, but I viewed it as an experience meant to shape me, not define my future actions. A bully often operates like a self-sustaining ecosystem—they crave attention from those they attack. To turn around and replicate that behavior as an adult suggests a need for personal healing.
In a professional landscape, motives are eventually revealed. This is why you see "paid marketing" everywhere; some are simply paying for the privilege to be part of an exclusive club. At Cronus Capital, we view finance differently. It shouldn’t be a "winner-take-all" game; like the legal field, there is room for different niches, aesthetics, and client bases. While many are drawn to the glitz and glamour, my culture is built on "getting it from the muscle" and letting the work speak for itself. If that isn't your path, that’s fine—but if you prefer to be conquered by the noise rather than building your own strength, be my guest.
